Economic– Improves percent pack, reduces tooling turnover, tools are easier to clean, swab cycle up to 10 times longer so requires less swab material, does not require tool polishing, not an acid. Will not attack tooling or equipment, longer tool life, higher internal bottle pressures, improves wall uniformity and mold temperature distribution.
Additional – Less than 30 minutes to apply and cure, inhibits rust, one year shelf life for coated tooling and coating chemical, permits operator to perform other functions besides swabbing and can be used on tools cleaned by shot peening or electro-etch caustic solution.
Safety and Health/Green – Less operator inhalation of noxious smoke and oil fumes, water based coating system. Not acid or silicone based, less operator exposure to moving machinery, heat and noise, Less in-plant pollution.
Lubri-Pak™ Grade H is a Glass Release Coating that is a water based durable solid film lubricant used on glass contacting surfaces of the forming machine tooling. Molten glass does not adhere to this coating, resulting in a container with excellent, contamination-free surface. Lubri-Pak™ Grade H was formulated for wine and liquor bottles and works well for general-purpose all types of ware and applications.
Lubri-Pak™ Grade SB is a Glass Release Coating that is a water based durable solid film lubricant used on glass contacting surfaces of the forming machine tooling. Molten glass does not adhere to this coating, resulting in a container with excellent, contamination-free surface.
Lubri-Pak™ Grade SB is for general-purpose for flint ware, cosmetic, perfume and pharmaceutical bottles as well as bending molds for windshields for a cleaner job in all applications where exceptional appearance is critical.
Sprayed on rings, blanks, baffles, bottom plates, plungers, thimbles, and funnels before installation on the glass-forming machine.

Boron Nitride Coat is a high temperature high performance anti-stick release coating for use in hot glass forming, super-plastic forming of alloys and melting and casting of non-ferrous metals.
Boron Nitride Coat increases mold and casting table life, stops dross build-up, eliminates inclusions that sometimes can appear due to coatings and Boron Nitride Coat is an excellent multi purpose coating for fine porosity ceramic material.
Hot glass forming, molds, bending molds for windshields, melting or casting of non-ferrous metals, hot pressing, super plastic forming of alloys, ceramic troughs, filter bowls, launders, funnels, runners, transition plates, caster tips, basins, pour spouts and conveyors.
Boron Nitride Spray is a high temperature lubricant, protective coating and mold release compound used on tooling for the manufacture of products made from molten glasses.
Label tabs, neck rings, embossed areas on the mold and bottom plates.
Other Applications: Metal Processing such as casting, forging, stamping and extrusion. Surfaces that come in contact with hot & molten metals such as sintering plates. Welding nozzles, prevents welding spatter from sticking and stop-off protection in brazing. Superplastic forming and where high electrical resistance and good thermal conductivity are required, an excellent coating for electrical heating elements.
